Strong & Durable Service. Production Materials.
3D Printing, strong and durable parts for end use applications.
Our 'Strong and Durable' service gives you the widest choice of 3d printing processes and materials where your designs are intended for 'end use' & production applications.
One of the key advantages of choosing our 'Strong & Durable' 3D printing service gives you the ability to build your parts in 'real' production grade materials. Our wide range of thermoplastics gives you your parts in 'real' production plastics for testing while Metals, Carbon and Graphite reinforced Nylon, Silicone, Ceramic and Polypropylene give you access to a range of materials individually featuring desirable properties to suit your application.
ABS. Fast Turnaround, Excellent Value.
Producing your designs our small format ABS material gives you fast turnaround times (often next day) with lower cost per model and is the service of choice for many rapid prototyping or model making applications.
ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is default material for our Strong & Durable service is which produces strong and durable parts. It comes in a range of colours and a Bio compatible FDA approved version.
Thermoplastics. Specialist Applications.
Our extended range of FDM 3D Printing materials is intended to help designers and engineers prototype or rapid manufacture across a range of specialist manufacturing sectors, from electronics & medical through to transport & aerospace.

OUR CLIENTS SAY

"Finding a company local to me that offers a fantastic service, a quality product and a short lead time will really help me develop my own business! Many thanks!"

Just wanted to inform that we received our order a couple of days ago and all seems to be in order. Part and detail quality is good and we couldn't find any defects.
We were particularly impressed with your Polypropylene -like material, Endur. It's much friendlier for simulation of plastic parts and snaps than other materials we worked with before.
