Strong & Durable Service. Production Materials.

3D Printing strong and durable parts for end use applications.
Our 'Strong and Durable' service is the perfect choice for producing your designs intended for 'end use' production applications. Choose the optimum material for your application from our wide range of 3d printing technologies and materials.
Our 'Strong & Durable' 3D-Printing service means that you can build your designs in 'real' production grade materials. Our wide range of thermoplastics gives you your parts in 'real' production plastics for testing while Metals, Carbon reinforced Nylon, Silicone, Ceramic and Polypropylene give you access to a range of materials featuring properties to suit your applications.
ABS. Fast Turnaround, Excellent Value.
Producing your designs in ABS material gives you fast turnaround options (often next day) with lower cost per model and is the service of choice for many rapid prototyping or model making applications.
ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is our default material for 3d-printing strong and durable parts. It comes in a range of colours, ESD and Bio compatible versions.
Thermoplastics. Specialist Applications.
Our extended range of FDM 3D Printing materials is intended to help designers and engineers prototype or rapid manufacture across a range of specialist manufacturing sectors, from electronics & medical through to transport & aerospace.

Metals. Direct Metal Laser Sintering.
3D Printing in Metal gives you design freedom which previously could have been restricted by traditional manufacturing techniques and is particularly useful for manufacturing parts with internal channels or complex light weight structures.
Choose from our range of metals including Aluminium, Steels, Nickel alloys, Copper and Titanium, plus precious metals. Large format build volumes are available for your Aluminium parts.
CARBON. High Strength, Light weight.
Carbon
Our Carbon focused 3d printing materials gives you a choice for applications needing wear resistance, good stiffness & a high strength to weight ratio. Parts look good and have good temperature resistance.
Nylon SLS
The Nylon SLS material and process is a good choice for very large builds (up to 700mm) and offers another high performing material.
Multi Jet Fusion PA12
The PA12 material 3d printed using the MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) process is rapidly gaining popularity for end use parts.
