Privacy Statement.

In broad terms our aim is to only collect the information we need, keep it as safe and secure as we can and not share it unless we need too in order to provide you with our service.  Below we've added more detail.

 

Information We Collect.

3D-Alchemy need to collect some personal information in order to provide you with quotes for our 3D Printing service and your subsequent orders. This includes name, address, email and other contact information.

We use this information to communicate regarding your quotes and orders, and give you further information about our services which you will hopefully be interested in.

How We Protect Your Data

Your personal data will be protected on our systems to the best of our ability, using fire walls, SSL technology and we restrict access to your information to those employees who need access in order to service your enquiry and orders. While we work hard to protect your information we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention

We will retain your data as described in this policy for as long as required to to provide you with our services and comply with regulatory and legal requirements. You may contact us to let us know of any changes or request we delete your information, and in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection law we may update or delete your personal information.

 

Information We Share

We do not rent or sell your data to third parties. Some data may be shared with our suppliers in order to provide our service. Our suppliers are signatories to our own Non Disclosure Agreement which obliges them to keep your data safe, secure and secret.  We work with suppliers in the UK and Europe, some of whom are owned by companies outside of the UK and EU.

 

Communications From 3D-Alchemy

To provide you with our service we will occasionally email or post you direct mail.  For individuals we will limit communications to the minimum to comply with the GDPR regulations, while for companies we may email and post general information to let you know about our 3D Printing services. Our emails give you an 'Opt Out' if required. 

Transfer of Assets

On occasions we may decide to buy or sell assets. In some types of transactions, user information is one of the business assets transferred. Importantly, if 3d-alchemy were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, customer and user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers could occur, and that any acquirer of 3d-alchemy or our assets may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy.

Access and Disclosure

We reserve the right to read, review, archive and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:

(1) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request,

(2) enforce our Terms and Conditions

(3) protect our property, safety and rights. 

Disclosure to Governments, Third Parties, and as a Result of Lawful Court Order

We may disclose information as required to comply with binding orders of governmental entities or regulatory authorities that have jurisdiction over us.

• We will give you reasonable written notice to allow you to seek an injunctive order or other appropriate remedy;
• We will disclose only such information as is required by the governmental entity or regulatory authority and use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the confidential treatment of any confidential information so disclosed.
