3D Printing Video Clips

3D Printing offers an exciting range of possibilities for designers and creatives.

Below we've created some short video clips showing some of the possibilities 3D Printing can offer.

Flexible materials.

Our new 3d printed flexible material offers much improved elongation at break, good memory and better tear resistance.

Snowpack Model

Working with data from the Swiss SLF we 3d printed snowpack model showing the weak layer caused by buried sirface hoar.

Flexible Nylon 12

Nylon12 is a rigid FDM printed material which also gives excellent flexibility. It responds well to post build processing including drilling or adding threads.

3D Printed Spring

A spring 3D Printed using our 'Fine Detail' service in the Polypropylene Like material which gives the spring some flexibility.

3D Printed Chain

A chain 3D Printed using our 'Fine Detail' service in our default white material. The video clip shows how complex moving parts can be printed on a single operation with no separate assembly process and the tolerances that can be achieved.

3D Printed Rocket

As a 'Just for fun' project we 3D Printed a model rocket in our Strong and Durable ABS material.  The project did show just how durable the ABS is....

3D Printing Timelapse

A speeded up timelapse video showing the layer by layer build of an action cam mount in ABS.

What our customers say about our 3d printing service

Just wanted to inform that we received our order a couple of days ago and all seems to be in order. Part and detail quality is good and we couldn't find any defects.
We were particularly impressed with your Polypropylene -like material, Endur. It's much friendlier for simulation of plastic parts and snaps than other materials we worked with before.
