3D Printing in ABS.
3D print your design in real ABS giving you a low cost, high strength fabrication option. Part of our 'Strong & Durable' service based on FDM technology.
ABS Static Dissipative.
ABS ESD7 is a Static Dissipative version of the ABS material, ideal for factory jigs and fixtures in applications where static build up and sparks are undesirable.
ABS Bio Compatible.
ABS M30i is the medical grade, bio compatible ABS material for 3d printing. ISO 10993 and USP Class VI certified.
ASA. Ultra Violet Resistant.
A 3D printing material with UV resistance, our ABS ASA material also gives an excellent surface finish on FDM printed parts. Ideal of outdoor applications.
Polycarbonate ABS hybrid material.
PC-ABS (ABS-Polycarbonate) hybrid material is ideal for guides, fixtures and jigs when your designs call for additional strength and temperature resistance over normal ABS.
Polycarbonate engineering plastic.
3D print your design in Polycarbonate, ideal for guides, fixtures and jigs or your designs which require additional strength over ABS.
Bio compatible Polycarbonate.
3D print your design in our Bio compatible Polycarbonate, ideal for medical and pharmaceutical applications where sterilization is needed. Translucent 'Clear'
Nylon 12. FDM.
3D print your design in our FDM printed Nylon 12 material, ideal for guides, fixtures and jigs. The strongest 3D Printed Nylon material currently available.
ULTEM, FST and FDA certified.
3D print your design in our ULTEM material which is FST (Flame Smoke Toxicity) and FDA certified. Ideal for transportation, food or medical applications and designs needing high heat and chemical resistance.
3D print your composite or electrical forms in a soluble material, allowing you to lay up complex geometry over a form which then dissolves away.
Nylon PA2200 and PA3200gf
3D print your part in our Nylon PA material using the SLS process. Durable parts with a good temperature resistance with one of our largest 3d printing build sizes.
Carbon Fibre 3D Printed in SLS and FDM
3D print your part in our Carbon reinforced Nylon material for demanding applications where you need light weight and high strength end use parts. We now offer both SLS and FDM build options.
Graphite 3D Printing.
3D print your part in our Graphite based material for demanding applications and end use parts. Excellent aesthetics combined with good value.
Materials and processes for intricate designs. Ideal for your prototyping, fit and form testing or fabricating your designs with thin walls and very fine detail features down to as little as 300um (0.3mm).
Polyjet Vero materials.
3D print your part in our Polyjet rigid materials using polyjet technology. Fine detail, 30um build layers as standard with 16um (0.016mm) layer option for ultra fine detail. Vero Clear material option.
Flexible and softer materials, offering simulated rubbers and simulated polypropylene for prototyping via our Fine Detail service. For end use parts see the Strong & Durable Rubber like option.

3D print your part in simulated Polypropylene, based on Polyjet 3d printing technology with 'Durus' or 'Rigur' material options.
Rubber Like materials.
3D print your design in simulated Rubber, with smooth surfaces and a range for Shore A values. Produce designs incorporating both flexible and rigid features.

A stronger and more durable material simulating Rubber for longer lasting functional parts.
