What Happens Now ?

If you have uploaded a valid CAD file we aim to email you a quote within a couple of hours during office hours*.

The exception to this is for 3D Printing in metals where the pricing process is more complex and may take a couple of days. However in the first instance we will double check your file(s) and confirm their safe arrival.

Your quote will be in pdf format and will give you all the information you need to place your order. If you want to go ahead just let us know and we'll raise a Pro Forma invoice for payment.

Payment is usually by Internet Bank transfer or Cheque.

If you have made a general enquiry we'll respond by return*.

* Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you have sent an enquiry outside of those times we will start working on it at the start of the next working day.

Did you check your stl file(s) ?

Exporting .stl files from CAD software can be hit and miss.

We receive many .stl files that have not exported correctly from their native CAD package. Low resolution, heavily faceted designs and mis-sized parts are common issues and can cause you unexpected results when 3d printed.
